Power Grab TX has always been about making the real cost of Texas’s AI data center boom visible: the strain on the grid, the water table, and the communities living in the shadow of new construction.

Starting today, this Community Blog gives that reporting a second source: you. If you’re seeing new substations going up near your neighborhood, getting a utility bill that doesn’t add up, or sitting in a public meeting where a data center project is being discussed, we want to hear about it.

How it works: every post submitted here is read by a real person before it’s published. Nothing goes live automatically. We’re doing this so the blog stays a reliable, trustworthy source — not a spam magnet — while still giving Texans a direct way to add what they know to the public record.
